• Transaction Data: details of purchases, fulfilment of orders (details and number of products purchased, subtotal, discounts, shipping, etc) payments to and from you, details of products and services obtained from us, correspondence and communication with you in respect of your orders, details of any rewards and bonuses.

How we collect your Data 

Directly from you

You may give us your personal data directly by filling forms, entering information online, corresponding via post, email, telephone or otherwise. For example, when you:

Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes it was provided for and to meet our obligations (to fulfil your contract).

 

Marketing preferences 

We may send you marketing communications and offers, if you have purchased goods with us, registered for a promotion, entered a competition or event and you have opted in to receiving that marketing.

We may send you emails if you have signed up for our newsletter.

In respect of third party marketing communications we shall obtain your express consent before sharing your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. 

If you do not wish to receive marketing information from us you can unsubscribe at any time. Simply send us an email to info@haneendesigns.com, we will try to process the request as soon as possible however due to the nature of IT systems it may take a few days.

Our website may use cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website and keep track of your visits. This helps provide a better experience and allow us to improve our website and services. This also helps us and our advertising networks to make advertising relevant to you and your interests.

We may advertise online to keep you aware of what’s new, what we’re up to, working on and find products you may like. We may use analytics and targeting tools to display website content on our website, online advertisements on other websites, applications (as above) to you, deliver relevant content to you in marketing communications, and measure the overall effectiveness and outcome of that advertisement.

We will use data from other providers such as Google Analytics to analyse Google interest based-advertising data and/or third party audience data such as age, gender, interests, etc. This data will be used to improve marketing of our website, website content, products and future marketing campaigns and strategies. Our choice of analytic providers is not limited to Google and we may choose to use other similar third parties that provide similar services. 

To opt-out of targeted advertising you will need to disable ‘cookies’ in our web browser setting or opt-out of the relevant third party advertising settings.

The Digital Advertising Alliance (which includes companies such as Google, Responsys and Facebook) provide a tool called WebChoices that can perform a quick scan of your computer or mobile devices. You can find out which third party companies have enabled customised ads for your browser, and adjust your browser preferences accordingly.

 

Links to other websites and third parties

We may include links to and from other websites which may consist of advertisers, affiliates, or social media platforms. If you do follow these websites please be aware these websites have their own terms and conditions, privacy policies for which we do not accept liability. Please check their policies before submitting any personal or general data to them.

 

How your Data is shared 

Your data may be shared with third parties as set out below: 

• You have consented for us to do so; were you have consented to marketing materials from third parties, or other third party products and/or services, we may send your data to the relevant parties to send you marketing communications.
• To business partners, suppliers, sub contractors and other third parties that we use in connection with and for the running of our business, such as:
  • Third party service providers that we engage with to host our website;
  • Third party payment processing providers such as Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, PayPal and Google pay. Haneen Designs does not store your payment details. These are provided to the payment processing service you select who are compliant with the necessary regulations;
  • Third party service providers that we use to deliver your goods;
  • Third party service providers we send emails and postal mail on our behalf in relation to incomplete orders, abandoned baskets, marketing communications, marketing and advertising services;
  • Analytics and search engineer providers that assist in the improvement of our website;
  • Affiliate websites through whom you have accessed our website;
• If we are required to disclose or share your information to comply with legal requests and/or comply with legal obligations;
