Return and Exchange 

Please refer to the details of the product which detail sizing, in order to ensure you order the correct size. We do not offer returns/refunds, only 3 day exchanges, please get in touch and message us at info@haneendesigns.com. 

Any bespoke/special orders items will not be returned. 

Sale/Clearance/Pop-up Boutiques 

All purchases made from the Sale, Flash sales (Ramadan / Eid period / Black Friday / Cyber Monday / Seasonal) and special price items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All purchases made at pop up boutiques, events, exhibitions and clearance Items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty Products

All products are checked before we send them. In the event you receive a product that you believe is faulty, please get in touch and send us images to our email address: info@haneendesigns.com

Be sure to notify us within 3 days of receipt. 

We strongly recommend you use a signed postage method to ensure a safe return of your item.
