Terms and Conditions

About You 

To shop with Haneen Designs you must: 

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Have a credit or debit card that we accept
  • And be authorised to use that credit or debit card (it is either yours or you are authorised to use it)

 

Placing an order with us  

When you place an order with us, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of the same.  

We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card. If your order is accepted we will confirm this by sending another e-mail confirming your purchased items are being processed ready to be dispatched, this is when a contract is formed between us.  

In the event you realise you have ordered an incorrect item or size please contact us as soon as possible by way of e-mail, if your order has not been processed then we may be able to change it. However this is not always possible.

You may be able to cancel (not change) your order within a short period of time of ordering – timings depend on your chosen delivery method. You can’t change your order – you’ll need to cancel your order (and/or return original item(s)) and re-order.   

As soon as you realise that you wish to cancel your order please contact us at the earliest opportunity by way of e-mail. 

Occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order, even if we have previously confirmed your order. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake get in touch.  

 

Pricing, Products Descriptions and Payment 

Prices shown for products are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) inclusive of VAT.  

We can change prices on our site at any time without notice, changes will not usually affect completed orders which have been accepted, however sometimes we may get a price or promotion wrong. We’re all human – it just happens! If we discover the error for any of the products that you have ordered we will tell you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order (at the correct price) or you can cancel it.   

In the event we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund you in full. If you decide to cancel the order then we will process the payment made in full 

We accept payment by debit card, credit card (Shopify Payments) and Apple Pay. You must pay for the products, including all applicable delivery charges. We will charge the card you have chosen to pay with once you reach the final billing page and submit your order.  

Depending on the value of the order or delivery option or the address, delivery costs may be charged, such charges will be shown during the checkout process and be included in the total cost of the order.   

 

Delivery 

Before you finalise your order, you will be given options to choose from with estimated delivery times. We work our best to meet delivery times but sometimes there maybe delays, this maybe because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.

Promotion Codes 

We may give you codes that you can use to get discounts on specified products or full orders. Remember, you need to enter that code at check out. Each Promotion code has its own terms which are made clear at the time of issue.   

If you are given a unique promotion code that is meant just for you, please keep it to yourself! Do not let someone else use it or abuse it and do not post it on social media. If we think a promotion code is being misused we can cancel, modify or suspend it.  

 

Your Information 

Please refer to our privacy policy.  

We love to interact with and chat to you through social media. But we cannot control those social media platforms or how your profiles are setup with them. We advise you check your privacy policy so that you understand how your personal information on those platforms will be used.  

 

Social Media   

If we reach out to you on our social media channel, it’s because we love your swag! By giving you the opportunity to feature our content on your social media channels/accounts and by associating the required hashtags #haneendesignsofficial you agree: 

  • We can edit, crop, adapt, enhance or modify the content
  • We can use your content on haneendesigns.com and all associated media pages, twitter, Instagram, Facebook, snapchat, etc.  
  • You have permission of everyone in the content
  • Have the right to grant Haneen Designs the above rights; 
  • You are at least 16. 

If you (or anyone in the content) asks us to remove the content, we will remove the content from our social media accounts that we control.   

However, other users of social media platforms may share and use the content once posted. For example, a user may take a screen shot and send images/pictures/contents on their devices, share on social media platforms or website that feature content. If you do not wish to grant the permissions set out above then do not consent to use of the content.  

 

Website Misuse  

You should not misuse, tamper with our website, applications by way of hacking, virus planting, harmful material, attacks on our website, etc. Please do not mess with our websites, try to steal our data and/or our customers data. These Acts may amount to Criminal Offences, affect our business and customers. We will report such breach or activity to the relevant authorities.  

 

Intellectual Property, Software and Content  

Haneen Designs owns the contents of its website. You’re allowed to store, print and display our website content for personal use, you are not allowed and must not use any part of the website for commercial purposes. If you wish to do so, you should contact us and seek our permission.   

You are not allowed and must not use our logo without our permission.  

 

Linking to the Website  

You can link to haneendesigns.com but only if it’s non-commercial, fair and legal and doesn’t damage our reputation. You must not frame, link or use our website in ways that suggest approval or permission.
